Inkspirations Sketch Challenge # 18….

Yes, I know I'm still NOT PACKING... Did I tell you I'm the "Leave it to the Last Minute Queen" Yesterday afternoon it was just too hot to do much of nothing, yes... Don't fall off your seats I said TOO HOT and yes, I live in DUNEDIN... Those words don't really go together but for the last fortnight we have had great weather.... Only one sheet and one duvet on the bed, not the usual, sheet, microfleece blanket fake mink blanket duvet cover and snuggle rug from the warehouse. hahaha...

Anyway, back to the point.... My card for this challenge...

This is the sketch that we had to work with...

Now Sweet Slumber Speciality paper isn't my normal colours so its reaaaaaaaaaaaaally out of my comfort zone, I hope you like what I've done with it.... It's my mission this year to do more card challenges!!! Two in one weekend aint bad!!!

The other challenge cards can be found over at Makeesha's website, for some reason my blogger isn't letting me copy and paste links, if anyone knows how to fix it please help!!!!!!

Cute card! Love the Sweet Slumber DSP and the little boat!
We were in Dunedin over New Year's and had some freezing cold weather of 15 degrees! But then we had a few days after that in Christchurch where it was very warm, so I now know that it is sometimes warm in the South Island in summer!! ;)

Mixing all those bold patterns would have been a challenge for me, but you made it work. Nicely made card.

Sweet! Gotta love Sweet Slumber DSP. I agree with Theresa; if I'd tried making a card with all these patterns, it wouldn't have turned out anywhere NEAR as well as yours has!
