ART SHARE / BLOG CANDY

I found this idea on Stevie's blog while blog hopping. I think it is a fantastic way to share our art!
The first 5 people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice! For you. Could be a card I really am pleased with, an altered object or something else all together! My choice! This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:

1. I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2. What I create will be made with you in mind so you won't get something I already made unless I think it suits you to a T.
3. It'll be done sometime this year (I will want to get it done in the next month or so).
4. You have no clue what it's going to be.
5. The catch? Oh, the catch is you must offer this blog candy on your blog!

Re-post this on your blog, offer something you make - your choice - to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog (then come here and post).
Add my name to the #1 slot on your card- I am your first participant.

When you create your give away, you will become the first participant on the new list for the people who participate with you.

The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment here telling me they did (I will go to your blog to check that you have this posted) win a handmade gift by me. Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it!

SO ...................who will be the first 5 people????

1. Stevie http://createwithstevie.blogspot.com/
2. Cheri http://thepaperfreak.blogspot.com/
3. Shell http://akstamping.blogspot.com/
4. Kelly http://kelleast.blogspot.com/
5.

CD Holder

So I'm creating like a mad woman at the moment and I'm using up all my DSP's to make room for the new ones coming out on April 1st.

This CD holder uses In Colour Purely Pomergrante Textured cardstock, Purely Pomergrante Satin ribbon (gone) and Holiday Harmony DSP (gone)...

The CD holders are easy peesy to make, decorating is the hard part! What to choose, what to choose!

I can't tie bows very well, so i faked it! hehe...

I'm going to give this as a gift for my mum when she comes down in April, the CD's going to have loads of photos of her favourite child, hehe, jokes!

My 1st Kwerner Challenge and Mojo Monday in one!!!

I have been wanting to do a Kwerner Colour challenge for awhile but am always lacking in the right colours, until now! and I thought why not combine it with the Mojo Monday 74# challenge! So thats what I did and this is the result!

I even tried watercolouring, just dont look TOOO close!

Recipe: Embrace Life stamp set, colours Pretty in Pink, Close to Cocoa and Chocolate Chip!

Oh and White Organsa ribbon!

Fall Flowers File Box!

When I was surfing spiltcoast as I do if found this idea - http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1260265 I just had to try it and I like it I like it alot!, Me also things it would make an excellent storage idea for adhesives and stuff!

I've decided to do this as a class next month, once the new DSP's are out! Give me an email if you're in the Dunedin area, or ask me about the Class by Mail options!!!!!

Sheeeeeeeee's baaaaccccccccccck!

Firstly thanks for all the well wishes on my blog for the move. What a crazy week.

Well the move went smoothly, no broken bones, no pulled muscles or concussion, those who know me will be going WOW, really???? Yes Shelley moved and everything happened exactly how it should of, like I was meant to move a few weeks ago and the mover just didnt turn up! So I'm now a resident of Stanley Street in Kenmure, Dunedin. My partner and I have a two bedroom NO FLATMATES!! So really, my new life started last weekend! YAY! and YAY again because I start my new job next week. Yay again because my wellington belongings will be here mind week! yay, i miss my mirror and my clothes, a girl living out of a drawer for three months is just not cool! Oh and I get my printer and scanner back too yay!

Anyway I am busy knitting at the mo, because summer has left the building here in Dunedin and I need warm clothes... I'm a cabling pro now, only have the hood and the front to go, and maybe 4 inches on the back. I might actually finish a jersey!! yay me!

Later today I'll add the links to the retiring list, this is my first catalogue go bye bye and I'm crying all ready, I've been up since 630 this morning reading through it... Like half my stamp stash, actually 3/4s of my stamps are going! Oh well, new toys!! woohhooo!
